Hand held sealers

ME105CH

This range of hand-held constant sealers are ideal for producing a quick and secure seal on blister and clamshell packs a variety along with a selection of other materials including PVC and ESP. The sealers are easy to operate and are suitable for use in place of dangerous metal staples or unsightly adhesive tape.

The machines create a neat, tidy, tamper evident 4mm x 10mm seal and are extensively used in variety of industries using clamshell packaging.

ME105HS/DH

Crimpers are a hand-held solution for bag sealing, which enable the operator to take the machine to the product. The HS model is ideal for use on poly bags up to 150mm wide and will produce a seal of 2mm wide. The DS model has been specially designed for use on thicker materials such as cellophane, aluminium and wax paper laminates. The machines generate a 15mm seal.

Both models are lightweight, easy to use and are equipped with a temperature gauge. 

ME-UCSS

This sealer welds material by using ultrasonic waves to create a 3mm x 3mm strong seal. Designed for use on clamshell type packaging, it is simple and easy to use and no pre-heating time is required. The sealer is suitable for sealing OPS, PSP, PVC and EPS food containers.
