Automatic/semi automatic table top impulse sealers

ME/FDA series

This range of sealers has been specially designed to process thicker thermoplastic films. The machines in the series feature twin elements to provide double heat or an extra secure seal on materials up to 1mm  (1000 micron) thick.

The top switch on the machines enables the operator to alternate between single and double heat temperatures. This is ideal in applications where the materials being sealed can be changed.

The sealers are available as a floor-mounted or table top solutions. They are robust but can also be moved to different locations if required. Three of the four models in the current range are a standard size and can produce seals of 5mm wide. The ME4510FDA is capable of creating 10mm wide seals.

ME/AI series

This automatic sealer has been specially designed for sealing thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The models in this series help to eliminate operator error during the sealing operation. The unit is controlled by a plug-in transistor circuit board, electronic timers and the uniform pressure provided by an electromagnet.

Once the operator has programmed the correct control settings, consistent seals are maintained automatically. This produced a standardised seal each time. The sealer is available in three lengths, 350mm, 450mm and 600mm.
