Measuring 4mm wide by 609m long, this paper-coated tie is completely metal-free, allowing uninterrupted passage through metal detectors and making it safe for microwaving or sterilisation without risk of contamination or interference.

Polycore is compatible with the 3567, 3570, and most semi-automatic twist tie machines, and can also be cut to length for manual use. The reusable design leaves no adhesive residue, protecting packaging even after multiple openings. Wound on a plastic spool to prevent tangling, each roll provides 609 metres of high-performance tying with fewer spool changeovers.
