  • The BP500 is a user-friendly electronic water-activated tape dispenser, ideal for both reinforced and non-reinforced gummed tape – gummed side in or out. Designed for medium to high-volume packaging, it delivers consistent, one-touch tape dispensing at 1.14 metres per second.

    Engineered for durability, the BP500 features a rugged steel frame encased in impact-resistant ABS plastic, a large 1.3-litre integrated reservoir for even adhesive activation, and a heated water system to optimise tape bonding.

    With pre-set colour-coded keys for common tape lengths (114–152mm) and a random length option up to 3,050mm, it offers outstanding flexibility. The blade lifter makes clearing tape path debris quick and easy, while the large water bottle reduces downtime between refills.

    Compatible with tape widths from 25–76mm and roll lengths up to 183 metres, the BP500 is a reliable, long-lasting addition to any bench-mounted packing station.
