The applicator unit comprises a control unit and three key mechanical components: a bracket supporting the printer and diverter pulleys, an adjustable-height applicator arm to accommodate diverse box and product sizes, and a ventilator unit. Both the diverter pulleys and the ventilator unit are customisable to fit specific label sizes, eliminating the need for synchronisation between the printer and conveyor belt.

The inclusion of a ventilator unit offers a critical advantage, eliminating the need for synchronising printer and conveyor belt operations. Moreover, the ventilator's capacity can be fine-tuned to match the weight, length, and "memory effect" of labels used.
